Why Choose
a Different Approach?
During my 21 years as a practicing Hypnotherapist, I found something key: many people required more than just regular hypnotherapy/other regular talking therapies in order to gain resolution and grow.
This discovery kicked off a deep search to offer more thorough, effective, and comfortable methods for lasting change.
Different Approaches came from this search – it's a mix of ground-breaking approaches designed to tackle the ins and outs of your own life story.
Beyond Traditional Hypnotherapy
While hypnotherapy can work wonders, I saw it had limits:
Possible Discomfort: Old-school hypnotic regression might push people to relive past traumas causing discomfort for some clients.
Not Much Conscious Understanding: Working with the unconscious mind can sometimes result in changes that the conscious self doesn't fully grasp or absorb.


Beyond Talking Therapies
On the flip side, I discovered that therapies focused only upon the conscious mind, like some types of counselling often left people with a head full of knowledge/understanding but little real change in their feelings, behavior's, and automatic thoughts.

I use methods that have an impact on both your conscious and unconscious mind – often at the same time. This two-pronged approach helps to change outdated feelings, behaviors, and thought patterns more than working with just the conscious mind or, just the unconscious mind.
Embracing Your Complete Self
I work with the concept that we all have 'Parts' or 'aspects' of your personality. This doesn't mean you have multiple personalities, but it recognises the different elements that make up your psyche. Think of times you've said, "One part of me wants to exercise, but another part just wants to relax." I can help you to bring these different aspects into harmony to make more aligned decisions and act more consistently.
