What is Core Transformation?
Core Transformation has a significant impact on personal development. It allows people to connect with their deepest 'Core States', such as 'Peace' and 'Wholeness'.
This strategy differs from others in that it does not simply strive to modify how we behave or think. Instead, it quickly gets to the heart of our difficulties, only to discover that the difficult feeling, behaviour, or thinking was merely a superficial intention to return to a deep Core State that we have lost over over time.
The Core Transformation Journey
The Core Transformation process follows these steps:

Identifying the Behavior or Feeling: We begin by zeroing in on a particular behavior or feeling you want to change.

Uncovering the Positive Intention: This is where things get interesting. We look into which part of you is unconsciously generating this behavior, feeling or thought and what it’s positive motivation is for you.

Discovering Deeper Outcomes: We keep asking the part, "What do you want?" This process takes us through a series of outcomes, each one going deeper than the last.

Reaching the Core State: As each part reaches it’s deepest outcome, we arrive at a profound state of being - a core state. People typically might describe this as an experience of oneness, peace, presence, wholeness or sometimes something that can’t even be put into words.

Integration: We bring this core state back through all the previous steps. This allows for transformation of the original feeling, behavior of thought.
Think of it as taking a trip through your own thoughts. You can't predict what you'll find, but reaching the end makes the whole trip worthwhile.
