The Wholeness Work developed by Connirae Andreas, is a ground-breaking method for personal growth that has shaken up the personal development field in recent years. This progressive approach gives us a new way to look at how we can deal with our inner struggles and find a sense of completeness in our lives.

What is The Wholeness Approach?

At its heart, The Wholeness Approach enables people to bring together different parts/aspect of themselves, which can lead to a more balanced and satisfying life. This approach differs from typical approaches that often try to change or fix parts of us. 
Instead, it encourages us to accept all aspects of who we are.

Think of it like putting together a puzzle. Yet, instead of forcing pieces where they don't belong, you let them find where they fit. This captures what The Wholeness Work is all about. It's not about fighting with ourselves, it’s about making room for all our parts to exist and find integration.

The Magic of Integration

A core concept of The Wholeness Work suggests that what we see as 'problems' or 'issues' aren't enemies we need to defeat, but parts of ourselves looking to become whole. This new way of approaching problems can set many people free.
Let's say you're having trouble with putting things off. The Wholeness Approach doesn't tell you to criticise yourself or push yourself to get more done. Instead, it asks you to become more acquainted with the part of you that's dragging its feet.
